Training

My daily quarantine routine is based first of all on good nutrition, exercises every morning lasting 30 to 40 minutes, then I organize my room, I brush my teeth and take a shower, I organize my clothes, I clean in the home to then catch up on the tasks proposed by the teachers on the different platforms, after doing the tasks I take advantage of my free time reading books or maybe watching a movie with the family.later at night I play video games and check social media and then go to bed
